A funny/creepy incident that happened to me on the train a while back

I was on the train and some dude approached me and sat RIGHT NEXT TO ME when the whole row in front of me was empty… as soon as that happened I knew shit was about to go down…

He started introducing himself (Omar from Pakistan) and it was fairly normal and he’d ask me regular questions like “are you Somali?” I was like, “Yeah.” Where you from?” “……… Somalia”. “How many siblings you got?” “I got 6 brothers.” (Lie I wanted to intimidate him) “what’s your name….” ofc I didn’t give him my name that’d be dumb… he named me himself. When i stayed silent for a few seconds he was like “your name is Fatima?” And I was like “hahah yes, how did you know?” I think he knew I was lying because he smiled and just stared at me creepily. And oh lord was that smile and stare creepy… mf was bald and I HATE looking at bald people. So I looked away and he started moving his hand in order to try to shake my hand. I was like, “I won’t do that, sorry. That’s haram” and he was like “nooooo it’s halal” …?

It was when my last stop was approaching that he got extremely creepy. He asked me how old I was and I kept telling him, “oh, I’m a minor” because I didn’t want him to continue talking to me, but he literally took my hand and forcefully made me shake hands w him. His hand was wet, I fear to think where that went

Anyways, I ended up telling him I was 16 (lie) and his smile widened. He told me “I thought you were 23” I genuinely got offended by this… how is he ageing me up by over 6 years? After I side eyed him for a bit, he literally said “I like silly young boys and girls” 💀💀 I was like, “HUH???” it was then that the few other people in the train started to notice, but alas, they didn’t come to help. This bearded man sitting opposite me (that came in after Omar) kept glaring at him and I kept thinking “pls help” I was sooo creeped out and it wasn’t like I could get up and move HE was blocking the door and I was scared cus he kept reaching for his pockets, so I stayed put until the last station and answered a few more of his weird questions.

When the last station came and we had to get off the train, Omar stayed back. And it was when I got off the train the bearded man and a random old lady waited for me to reach them and asked me “are you ok?” With tears in my eyes I responded, “yeah.” They consoled me for a while, because I was shaken up (omar, bless him I think he was mentally ill, kept trying to touch me the whole time).

“Just ignore him next time, he does that all the time.”
PAUSE…. Does this all the time??? :wtf:

Now onto an important question – why do I only ever get approached by weird men when I’m wearing an abaya and a proper hijab? This is the second incident that just very recently happened. Am I a creep attracter? I want hot Somali dudes approaching me for my father number, not bald, mentally ill pedophiles:wow:

Idk how Abdis approach girls in abayaa or covered Somali women. I just feel wrong. Like I should do it somewhere else like at a mosque.

Maybe that’s just you cause I’ve seen plenty of guys approach covered girls. Even in Somalia some guy approached a niqab clad lady.

One mistake you made was telling this guy your 16. These guys are looking for young girls to prey on that they deem vulnerable. Should of said you were 25.

Why is it when women get harassed by creeps they don't just slap the f*ck out them.

Most likely he'd try to hit you back but at that point the other passengers would most likely step in.

You'd be surprised.
Women are very conscious of their abilities compared to a man. You don't understand how hard the average woman would get destroyed by some man off the streets. They would rather try wait it out or slowly get somewhere else than start a fight they know won't end well.

When guys say things like "just hit back" you don't understand this. For men we can fight these other men but a woman cannot do such things.

We were pretty isolated from the rest of the passengers due to us being right at the back, the bearded man that was there wasn’t really paying much attention and would glare occasionally so I didn’t feel all that comfortable to talk back, let alone slap him 😞 Men are much stronger than women and that mf was fat and tall asf so he’d beat the shit out of me in an instant :damn:
