My buddy said to me afterwards "don't worry, I'm teasing you brother" and patted me on the shoulder.

I was so ashamed that I went straight home.

Since I have anxieties, I just think about it, I get depressed, I have obsessive thoughts that disturb my field of consciousness.

What should I say to this guy? At the time I found nothing, I was paralyzed.

You should've responded 'Do you even have balls you look like a bijjazz nigga!' all the girls would've been laughing for you and you would've made his joke backfire looking like an absolute Chad.
