A cheap weapon than can kill shabaab soldiers easily

FPV Kamikaze Drone. Cost around $400 dollars per piece. With $ 5 million dollars you can get over 10,000 pieces . With trained crew you can kill thousands of shabaab soldiers with relative ease.

You do know that AS infiltrated HSM government? You do know that the minister of defense was publicly broadcasting the strategy and the next moves a day before any military activity? You canโ€™t put a price on common sense.

What your post has to do with kamikaze drones? Or are you saying the govt is too low iq to use these drones ?

The government donโ€™t want to defeat AS. Itโ€™s simple
Why? What is there to gain from keeping them in?

Who does somalis vote out this problem?

Do you think they'd let the government purchase this? I think it'd help when the army is stationed near known shabab locations and want to make damage before moving in.

these require stable internet connection for long range attacks, something like starlink. especially in rural somalia. something like dji can work for close range, they should be training a few soldiers to do this like ukraine.

I donโ€™t know all I know is thereโ€™s bunch of different ways to defeat AS that doesnโ€™t cost us crazy amount of money. But for some reason the government donโ€™t want to implement them .
Boomers who have no real concept of the outside world and they are stuck in their ways.

Shabab has adopted 2 postures for it's war capability. Ground forces and Insurgency. They switch dimensions if one area is destroyed. They also have inside trojans within govt/security areas. They have can wear 'tuuto ciidaan' and 'civilian clothes' within seconds. How is a drone going to deal with that?

The Only thing that seems to work against them is 'unity'. It's like the SSC issue, PL cud of thrown money/weapons towards it till the cows come home, but it would be unsuccessful in the long-term becuz they were not united.

The south divided is why shabab thrives. The second they unite, shabab loses a place to base itself nor can it switch into civilian clothes and begin insurgency. Maxaa hor-tagan midnimada koonfurta somalia is what Somali think tank should focus its energy on and provide solutions that can bring about unity or forever be hostage to shabab.

I disagree with Hussein Aideed 'foreign inspired' boogeyman of shabab that is undefeatable, the south host and enable shabab to exist is what he forgot to mention, he is looking 'outwards' for answers as typical of Somalis, not in-wards.
