1: They wish to have rights under the rights to create a framework for a family with or without children

2: They seek to diminish the discrimination that exist but having the same titel afforded to gay couple.

3: Furthermore there is no rational basis to uphold such a discriminatory practice.

Fair enough. I know that gay couples in a civil partnership cannot legally say they're married so that makes sense. But coming back to the original post, what I cannot fathom is why they'd call it a Muslim gay marriage. The Church of England recognises gay marriages, however much cognitive dissonance they put themselves through every time a gay couple walks down the aisle lol. But none of the Muslim organisations in Britain do. So how is it a Muslim gay marriage?
