I don't suffer from stress. I am a very happy and care free person.

It must be genetics.

I don't have greys; it doesn't tend to run in my family until much later, but four hairs aren't much. So it's not an overnight process. It takes time, from what I gather.

I've read a lack of copper and B12 are associated with premature greys. There are also other vitamin or mineral deficiencies associated with it.

I've also heard Indian Gooseberry (also known as Amla) helps get your colour back. It has a darkening effect and high antioxidant levels. Its ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score, which measures antioxidant capacity, is very high. And I'm not sure if you're aware, but an overload of free radicals contributes to oxidative stress, which can induce the loss of melanocytes from human hair and contribute to greying.

egyptians are likely the least racist arabs. and theyre one of the few and maybe the only arab state not to have a former black slave minority. unlike somalia the arab gulf etc.
