What happened to the Dhulos of Sool is those that registered many didn't even vote plus
they had way too many candidates and put all their eggs in the main Kulmiye & WADANI
parties which the minimum to win a seat was like 2000. For example Yaasin Xiir Faratoon
got 4200 votes if they divided that into UCID and WADANI easy extra 2 MPS. Other
communities were smarter. Fiqishini guy won a seat with like 1900.

The dynamic at play is that Burco is another Galkacyo. The HY, similar to the HG in Galkacyo, have a larger city that is more attractive, while this is not the case for the HJ. This is why although both cities are experiencing substantial population growth, both have negative migration rates. The negative outmigration in Oodweyne district is imo the smoking gun, it has a negative outmigration rate and yet it is obviously not losing people to Burco. Sheikh and Berbera have no outmigration, and Gebilay is having in-migration, so it is safe to assume that Hargaysa's high in-migration is a result of the high outmigration of HY in Burco and Oodweyne.

A quick check of the 2017 elections data tells you who is in the majority in Burco district.

That's because it's HJs fault, Ahmed Farah alone had 18 candidates in the Parliaments in Togdheer and another 18 the Local elections in Burco. Way isla hadheen, if we look the amount of votes each one got in the parliament votes then you are the Laangaab one.

HY had only 12 Parliament candidates and 10 candidates for Burco local elections, while HJ had 26 Parliament candidates and 24 for Burco local elections, now divide by numbers

You got 9 seats in Togdheer with 60.000 votes while HJ got 5 seats with 65000 votes. That alone shows the number of candidates of HJ was insane.
