In my opinion, they need to work on infrastructure such a roads, pipes, drainage etc before building such things, but I understand this is probably privately contracted. I remember looking at Xamar's old city planning and it was so well developed with room for future projects. Inshallah I hope one day we can get back to those days. I want to visit this city fully built before I die.

Good idea Xamar is too overpopulated they’re in dire need of high rises. If security wasn’t an issue I’d say they should jus build 30 floor apartments all over the city like what Nairobi has been doing recently but even jus building 10 floor buildings all over the city would be easy to keep secure with 24hr security and it’d greatly benefit the city.
