They started doing sign in and sign outs at most government offices to combat this.
However, you know Somalis they will just come in and sign in and then skive off. I have a cousin who works in ministry of interior, I asked him what he does during the day at work…and well he basically said I sign in and chill and have coffee at cafes with people most of the day and attend some meetings. No stress kkkk
My uncle signs on in the morning at 9am comes back home for lunch at 12 and has his nap then goes back in the afternoon at 4 to sign out

Means those jobs not necessary. Don't fire but eliminate the roles. If the jobs were necessary absence would be felt. Somalia goverment is bloated should get rid of bureaucrats. same thing with parliament would make it volunteer only. if ur clan wants to pay representative u select per 4.5 do it out your own pocket. 1 billion is measly and should be used for military police and infrastructure project. if somalia had dodge probably would realize 90% of roles not neccesary just pyramid scheme to milk west and poor tax payers

Why are they paying them, that's the govt fault, wasted money and nothing gained, no small private business even operates like this, it's a guaranteed way to become bankrupt. How can the govt pay 2400 people who deliver nothing in return, might as well just burn the money in a pit, it's the same equivalent.
These locals need us red eyes moryans back in power not more mungaab types, na dhuuqi maysid attitude and then sending militias to their homes warning them, cayaartu waxaa ku Shimano your property or family members(giving them list of who they r and location).
