What is the best university in Somalia.

There's no really outstanding one to be honest, they're all of a similar standard. Amoud&SIMAD from what I'm told are probably the 2 best ones currently though

SNU recently got re-opened though, so in a few years it'll probably catch up to these private ones

The one I keep hearing and that stands out is the university in Borama.

Are they good with STEM / tech fields? They have had that reputation for a long time before tech grew, so not sure if that is true today.

No. Otherwise the results would would be seen in Somalia. Somalia has one of the least developed education standards in the world.
