I’m against the 4.5 system but at the same time How can we balance having quotas for minority clans and have a fruitful democracy in you guys opinion who will be the biggest winners and losers of this Change to our political system

Politics based on qabil is primitive and detrimental to a modern nation state. I'd rather see a federal democracy based on political ideologies instead of clan.

It will take a while for Somalis to reach that level of political maturity qabiil is everything back home there’s no separating it from politics
