300 Arabic loan verbs in Somali

We need to replace the ayrab loanwords with Cushitic Oromo/Rendille ones. We need to preserve the integrity of the Somali language.

Why? It has no practical value.

Making Somali an Arabic pidgin with a Cushitic base is better.

Because 1) English and Latin are closer to eachother linguistically than Somali and Arabic.

2) I dislike the toxic hold Arabs have over the Somalis psychologically.

3) It preserves our heritage. A language is the most important thing to a culture. Get rid of it or somehow dilute it and that culture is endangered.

Not really. Old English was very distant from Latin. Germanic vs Italic. Almost similar to Cushitic and Semitic in distance.

The word for blue is also the word for black traditionally.

It's the same in ancient Greek. If you're familiar with Homer, he used blue and black interchangeably. It was the same for many ancient cultures.

Blue in old somali was just cirka which meant sky waayo because waxey tilmaamayaan wax ku saabsan midabka cirka.

The Arabic script has 3 vowels a e o we can add the u and boom it fits perfectly
For example wlaal will be ولال if the word has only one vowel like bas it will be written like this بَس

Only children's books and the Quran are written the vowels. All other written material in Arabic drops the vowels and makes it unnecessarily confusing.

It's a primitive system. Drop the cultural chauvinism and accept that the Latin script is much better.
