OK I have a question. If you're from Somali Galbeed and you take a 23andme DNA test would that show up as Ethiopia? Which groups show up as Ethiopian?

It wouldn't show up. But if you are referring to actual genetic breakdown they make a distinction between Somali and Ethiopian.
