16 years later: Dr Abdirahman Beileh's life project GEB Boarding School for disadvantaged rural children now has over 300 students

Dr Abdirahman Beileh's GEB Boarding School in the mountainous village of Geb, Awdal

- Currently has over 300 students

- Begun in 2008, and built for those who would otherwise never have an opportunity to go school

- 4 cohorts of students have since graduated

- School sponsors free education, free accomodation, free daily school meals

- Alumni have gone to further studies at home and abroad, such as:

* Abdulahi Diriye who is now a lecturer at Amoud University
* Jamaal Muumin Dhimbiil who is now the current mayor of Garbodadar
* Hassan Elmi who is now an engineering student at Harbin Engineering University in China
