I don’t keep up with DDS but what you said makes no sense. This conflict has been on and off for years. The 73636th reconciliation attempt was derailed two weeks ago when four Bah Gari xaasuuqd two random Cayr men.

Anyway, banning open grazing would end 80% of Somali conflicts overnight. You almost never see farming villages or town folks fighting.
