Last time I went there, I touched the kaabba, it was calm and everyone was civil, no pushing or scramble.

Mostly they are ardent Sufis, or they are ignorant and impulsive with their hot blood. I went to the Kaaba a lot and never thought of touching the Black Stone. Sorry I value my life.

And in such blessed times, the crowds in the sanctuary reach their peak. I recently read that 20 million people visited the sanctuary this Ramadan alone, not to mention that we are in the last days.
