The concept of murtad makes no sense. Why is belief in a magical deity who has not contacted us physically so important?
If you really think about Islam and religion as a whole its a ludicrous concept. A giant ball of fire exists in the universe just to throw in men for eternity.
The creator of the universe apparently sent down verses through ONE person 1400 years ago in only one language. Interestingly this creator has a throne and has some features similiar to humans such as a Shin.
The book doesn't mention galaxies, pulsars , black holes , planets , non-geocentrism or even that America and Australia exist. It says meteorites are sent by God used to attack invisible demons .
What the book does mention , weirdly enough , is that you can only have sex with 4 wives and your sex slaves. That the man who is supposedly the best person to ever exist has the authority to have sex with any one of his 11 wives , yes there are verses stating that muhammeds wives shouldn't complain about it.
It also mentions talking animals , a man who controlled invisible djinns, angels sent to the city of Babylon to teach magic and other bizarre myths from the ancient world.
Finally a book through one person is a horrible modem of transport. We know our brains are simply biological electronic devices. Hence signals could be used to send us the information. But a book? In a time of parchment?
The concept of disbelief in religion is also crazy. I can't choose to believe rather belief is formed from rational arguments and clear proof.
Religion is comforting , it has been scientifically proven to be, but far from the truth. The truth is we are in a ball at the edge of a galaxy that is 100,000 light years in width. The truth is just like other species we formed from millions of years of slight genetic adaptations.
Liberate yourselves from the lies your parents told you, we have one life to live so spend it on something that will benefit humanity.
