The muslim rebel group in Somalia hereby claims to have downed the helicopters in the 1993 Hawiye gun battle in Mogadishu. I did not believe they were this brave to even make false statements like this. They never usually make false briefings or statements.

I don’t understand AS didn’t even exist back then. Is he claiming it was shot down by the predecessor to AS Al-Itihaad al-Islamiya
Somalis started making all kinda claims on Youtube these days, this morning I was watching a soldier who claimed he was the one of firing squad of Pres Sharmarke's killer in 1969 and the guy wasn't even 40 years old.
