I am the Andy Dufernse of this site
I do WORKOUT first then Cardio.

Why we want muscles to expand whilst fat being burned.

That why My NIGGAS say to me why do you Cardio last. This what I tell them it is on top.

If you go to a local gym, divide your muscle building workout between 3-4 days in a week (focus on back one day, then arms the next etc.). Lift for 40 minutes and go on the treadmill/swimming for an hour. Spend 2 hours in the gym 3-4 days a week.

now i usually get a workout from sports like basketball but back when i was at the gym more i would do HIIT training one day then weight lifting the next day for 5 days a week, i spent only 30 mins on each workout day, HIIT training is perfect if you wanna burn fat fast and increase ur metabolism
