Because they are stupid and didn't act as Somalia government that secure the nation interest they concern on SL, PL and other states. Everytime they using Ethiopia as it's their ally and never thought of what happened in both rivers. Abiy ahmed played Mr.Cheese like doll. Now Somalia will lose the two rivers thanks to N&N. Those on South Somalia will be doomed cause there is no functioning government like PL iyo SL. Let N&N face angry farmers that will lose their jobs and no water to drink.

I understand your feeling. Your country still not stable has no function goverment so just hope in the coming days we fix our internal issues so our mother country Somalia to stand up again.

What Folks tend to forget is that Ethiopia is not an 1 Ethnic State like Somalia is, but Ethiopia is a State where all different Ethnics (like Somalis, Oromos, Bantus and the Habashis) are lumped together, so in a sense we Somalis are Ethiopians too.

Ethiopia is like USA an melting pot of all different Racial Ethnics.

Puntland has managed to create farms and export food to the South.
