My aunt passed away recently and not a tear, Idk what's up wit me
I am the kind of person that will bottle up the feelings and will erupt into a crying mess. This year I cried more than 20 times. Could be the harmones(periods) but I don't know. Maybe I'm just too sensitive. I even cry for strangers, sad documentaries, films, anything sad. Only my family sees but not my friends or anyone else. I am the one who smiles 24/7 to cover up what I'm actually feeling.
Is it close aunt? Maybe you ain't close with her? AUN to her

I feel you akh I don't cry for the right things got me wondering if i'm okay . Yeah I get sad but nothing more then that , I lost my cousin to gun violence but no tears I spent more time comforting others more than anything. Maybe that's what you were doing ? Feeling responsible for ensuring others felt better regardless of your own state of mind.

I think I cry a normal amount, but it’s in private for personal real life stuff if I can help it. But movies, books, music, a thought, a commercial, even SSpot can make me cry or tear up. It’s transient. This makes it sound like I cry all the time, but I don’t, it’s just anything can trigger it. I don’t hold onto it though.
