I am a qumayo so i don't have a heart that's big enough, only one crush at a time. I can't have feelings for all the guys i am friends with.

Your still friends with someone if you find them good-looking btw.

But you still "CAN", if they're unattractive right? case closed.

i also kind of believe that feeling attracted (purely physical attraction) to someone doesn't necessarily change the dynamic if its kept hidden. It's still a friendship if you're acting like friends.

Being attracted to someone changes everything sxb, sooner or later they’ll start showing signs and the vast majority of people will speak up.
