The focus should be on teaching the correct islam mainly based on the madhabs and not some Kharijite version. And equip the youth with some critical thinking skills. Unfortunately somalia has been influenced by wahhabi salafist who differ greatly with the hanbali madhab even i didn't know this before but you can clearly see major differences between the wahhabi salafist and the hanbali school of thought.

Even if their little tuulo is safe, surely your brothers and sisters getting bombed should rattle your spirit. Some even use it as a way to promote their independence.
I know but qabil won’t lose it’s value anytime soon. If we get rid of qabyalad in the government and actually start having a patriotic government that focuses on education and healthcare, people will eventually move on. Right now, people haven’t got anything to focus on.

You can’t get rid of qabyalad without getting rid of qabil, past presidents such as Siyad barre have tried getting rid of qabyalad while at the same time inforcing the qabil fuelled mod (dhulbahante-Ogaden-marehan) system of administration.
Both qabil and qabyalad are essentially one and the same, that’s all I have to say walaal.
