You're speaking utter nonsense. Ceerigaabo is under the control of Somaliland. Caare controls nothing, he's mostly hidden in the mountains. Sool wanted development and protection so Somaliland provided it to them because Puntland failed by heavily taxing them and stealing their money to develop Garowe. Reer Sool hates you so you can stop dreaming about that region coming under Puntland because it will never happen. You can keep your other propaganda to yourself.
