Thanks for the centralism we start to be separated more and more. Result of it still their homes are dessert waiting xamar to order them like 1991, and others reach another level without asking Xamar.
I think its better if they merge into one entity and take orders from xamar as its used to be from 1991. But they will have no right to do nothing. Only xamar should talk to PL,SL and JL.

Unique problems require unique solutions. Siad Barre's regime ruined Somalia's chance to have a single authority and this is the consequence. We as people from Puntland will not take lessons on dowladnimo from individuals who are ruled by men with orange beards or a corrupt entity that is disgracing itself everyday. Puntland is resource-poor, dry, and moreover does not pay any taxes or align its policies with federal laws. For all of these reasons, what Puntlanders think and whatever latest plan they hatch to increase their relevance is unworthy of attention.
Somalia is south-central--the people, the resources, those who actually support the government all are there. Farmaajo has done well by putting Puntland on the political equivalent of the "block list," along with Somaliland. Unlike the prior hawiye abgaal presidents, who were politically inept and who were easily manipulated by predictable MJ machinations particularly the incredibly dumb Sheikh Sharif, Somalia is now led by a man who comes from a politically astute lineage that knows how to get and keep power. Puntland has no power though.

There is no aid money for Puntland. Aid money is targetted at places with sovereign, economic, and strategic importance. Puntland is irrelevant in all three areas when compared to south-central. Puntland is a dozen MJs and their 10 goats grazing on dry, sun-blasted sand. You can't attract any aid if that is all you are. (Don't be fooled by the UAE, who is jealous of Turkey and Qatar and is doing photo ops with you to try to regain SFGs attention-wont work, we dont care).
