I don't believe a sane person would seek divorce because they were treated with great dignity and respect as a human being should. I believe that she might of come from an abusive background and associates negative energy with love and lack of it as the opposite. I hope she seeks therapy

I suspect she's struggling to articulate her feelings and confuses being spineless with being kind. I strongly doubt she has experienced or witnessed actual abuse.
