Splitting the bill

Okay, I overhead these cadaan people talking about splitting the bill. One of the guys was saying he doesn't believe he should pay on dates. Whilst the other was traditional and said he would.

It got me thinking about the issue and also, the constant discussion people have on the matter on social media.

Personally, i would be irratated if a guy I was talking to decided to 'split' the bill. However, thats just me.

Okay, men if you were meeting up with the girl of your dreams at a restaurant ect would you split or pay? Be honest, i'm not judging.

Girls, how would you feel if you were meeting up with a guy you really liked and then at the end expected you to pay for your half?

First off, I would ask the girl if she's traditionnal, if yes then i'll pay for her (because i won't eat, i don't want to spend a lot of money on foods..)
but if she's a feminist, pro LGBT and other BS then i'll split the bill.
I like to be pragmatic. A traditionnal woman, i'm okay with that. And i'm also okay if she's a liberal. As long as she's not a hypocrite.

But if i have to DATE a girl, I wouldn't take her in a restaurant. That's fool. I'll spend more time eating my meal than talking to her..which is stupid lmao. I rather take her out in one of my favorites places in town and we'll have more fun there than eating some expensive meals.

Halima, are we equal as men and women or not? If we are, we should be equal in every segment of society and life.

This girl I had a crush on for a while a couple of years ago insisted on paying when we went out this one time.

Of course I was happy to oblige.

Would you say the more into you are with a lady, the more you are likey to pay?

Of course dudes are gonna pay for the date if it’s the girl of their dreams.

I pay for my friends if they don't have enough money needed! But i'd like to know first about the girl. If she's a nowadays feminist and liberal, she can pay for herself. Even if i'm really into her, i'm not a cuck.

Not really, some guys could be the type to really stick to their principles.

Also if thats the case then women should be wary of guys that refuse to pay on dates as according to you, it means he doesnt like them enough.

Would you say that means it is an indication of him not liking you? Should women see this as a red flag?

Society says we are, but it actually doesn't translate in real life.

Women are still expected to do most of the child rearing, whilst men are still expected to be the breadwinners.

I'd say men and women are equal, but with different roles.

This comedian chick I follow on the gram was talking about this issue months ago.

I DMed her and we spoke even more.

She just spoke on her insta story about how her friend “offered to pay for the bill” and the date she was with ended up letting her pay. The girl got bothered and just didn’t contact the dude after that.

The comedian chick after that legit started talking about how “fake offers” don’t mean shit and etc. she than proceeded to send screenshots from various women that were in here DMs talking about the same topic to her. All those chicks were bothered when the man let them pay.

I find it dumb how y’all offer to pay but get bothered.

Regardless any how a lot of dudes already plan on paying for the date especially if the dude is the one asking the girl out.
