Go to XararDheere, it's named after a long tree called Xarar and that town was found by the Ajurans during the 13th century. Harari people were Highlanders, they've never lived on the lowlands or the coast before. Stop claiming Somali territories because it's getting ridiculous now.

Are you denying that Hiraabu was a Marehan leader? its literally stated in the Futuh. If you don't believe me just go on google books and search his name along with your clan, you'll see dozens of books quoting and agreeing with that fact.

I'm not denying if he was a Marehan leader. If he was then it's a W for my tol to keep on adding into more legends in our illustrious history like Imam Ahmed Gurey and Amir Nur Mujahid, Jaalle Siad Barre etc. But I have to search more on him. If I find sources saying otherwise then it will refuted but now it's up in the air to confirm that. Heard some rumors even that Hiraabu was from another ethnicity although his name is linked with us. :drakewtf:

Anyways jokes aside, Ahmed Gurey was definitely not Marehan since his family was specifically said to be from the Balaw tribe but there is a solid chance that Amir Nuur Mujahid was from your clan. It's best to claim the latter since it's a lot more reasonable and accepted in Somali circles.

Kkk @kobe I got to search about Hiraabu before I come to a conclusion. But look truthfully speaking Imam Ahmed Gurey was absolutely a Marehan Ugaas. And there are multiple sources stating he was a Marehan Ugaas in war feeding amxaars hilib ceyriin. And Amir Nur Mujahid was Marehan same as Ahmed Gurey. I'm claiming both warya since they are my tol. And Somalis know this. And Ahmed Gurey was not Hawiye. :umad:
