Farmaajo has always been a symbolic puppet that's just holding the presidential seat warm.
The fight is about whether Jawaari's backers or Khayre's backers will control the legislative branch.
One side wants to postpone the work of creating a new Constitution indefinitely and the other wants to quickly create a new one that will secure their interest.
There is no good guy here unfortunately.
