To abandon qabil? or embrace it?
What in your opinion is the solution in somalia?

Abandoning it would be the first step to building a modern Somalia. Somalis should be loyal to the state/nation not to petty clans.
You can embrace qabil without letting it control everything. Look at the Arabs, they have qabils yet they only use it to identify themselves. Same with many African countries. It's saying a lot when Arabs who were ruled by tribalism can get over it yet Somalis can't.
- Unification
- Embrace secularism.
- Order any foreign military to GTFO.
- Round up the military and invade the south. Check every house for terrorists.
- Institute and enforce anti-drought laws and promote modern and sustainable agricultural methods.
- Secure our waters.
- Change the capital to a city that is traditionally owned by a minority clan and then bring in a large and equal amount of all the major clans.
- Fix any retarded deals concerning our natural resources and ports.
- Invest in local businesses and companies that show potential.
- Make a sustainable tax plan and REFORM the government.
- Illegalize same-clan marriages. Encourage migration into other clan territories. Force feed anti-secessionism and anti-tribalism and promote unionist brotherhood propaganda.
- Investigate all officials and execute them if there is any suspicion of corruption.
- Assassinate all prominent qabilists.
- Invest in renewable energy.
- Industrialize as fast as possible and invest in local industries.
- Illegalize birth control until we get a population of at least 100 million.
- Create new agencies within the government that we don't currently have,
- Reinstate the eye of the government, the NSS. And monitor any anti-government sentiments and promote hippie and relaxed versions of Islam.
- Send spies into all our neighbors that become politicians acting within Somalia's interests.
- Advance a cultural revolution.
- Start a massive tree planting campaign that should beautify our country. These rocky deserts look fucking depressing.
- Heavily fine anyone who mentions qabil. Punish parents that teach kids about it.
- Illegalize Khat, cigarettes, and drinks with high alcohol levels.
- Cripple Kenya, Ethiopia, and Djibouti by funding rebel groups. Make sure Ethiopia is balkanized and absorb Ogaden and Djibouti. Meanwhile, take back NFD by claiming human rights abuses as the Kenyans desperately attempt to crack down on the rebel groups.
- Make a giant museum and dig deeply into Somali studies.
- Prosper and God bless Somalia.
What do exactly mean with abandoning qabil? Like forgetting it all together and not letting your children know their ancestry? I mean the tribal system is not a negative thing, it is a nicma from Allah swt. It is blessing that we are able to trace back our ancestors. Such a shame that people have made it a negative which it is not :/.

Everything north of Gaalkacyo is pure tribal lands and politics is based on tribal and sub clan bases. The concept of state is very weak in Puntland and Somaliland, which is why there are no interest based political groups.
The same can't be said about the south. Whilst there may be more conflicts, it's short term and will eventually be resolved. It's mixed, a very diverse region with multiple ethnicity's let alone clans. They've pretty much abandoned qabiil.

All those countries are kinda shit though and very much rife with poverty/disease and even when they're not broke their political sphere is laced with human rights violations and so on. Granted qabil isn't the precursor here but you can see these developing countries have similar mindsets in terms of tribalism.
Saying it can exist in this current climate isn't really a guarantee. I can't see how you can embrace qabil and not have it eventually f*ck shit up later.
