Al Shabab are the #1 enemy to Somalia's sovereignty, before Ethiopia and Somaliland. There can never be a real Somali state until they are defeated.

The UN confirmed we had drones last term under farmaajo’s government and there was Somalis trained by turkey to use them. Idk about HSM, but with the right leadership, we’d win.

Why would you hide when the arms embargo has already been lifted? That was the only edge they had over Somalia, and it’s gone. At this current time there are thousands of Somali individuals trained in modern warfare, supersonic jets and drone technology. In fact if the meek HSM really wanted he could make the Somali Army the most lethal in East Africa with just one signature, as the previous administration had already developed entire units for the Somali Air Force and Navy with NATO tier training in Turkey, including all of the assorted technological capabilities while the Army units that trained in Eritrea picked up all of the tactics that made that country successful in resisting a much more united Ethiopia that had almost unlimited access to loans in 1998-2000. The only thing that held Somalia back from projecting power was the arms embargo. Also, the current Ethiopia is broke AF and can’t sustain an illegal foreign occupation especially when the sanctions drop like a hammer, while Somalia has the moral high ground and is in a far better position economically and militarily than it has been in decades;

Somalia has a vast and varied geography, it's is not all flat desert. You have rocky mountain terrain in the north and forest swamp lands in the south. And no natural resources for the enemy to survive on if their logistic supplies are sabotaged
