After our government institutions collapsed in 1991, every government post Abdiqasim has contributed to the country in a positive way and took part in rebuilding our institution. It’s not something exclusive to Mr Cheese, HSM or Sharif
He has a mandate, its extended to carry out the election and in accordance with the constitution and the 17 September agreement, its both legal and has the approval of the people. That is why he is still here. People are growing tired of the uncertainty of election this is the longest drawn out election, it is ungoing now for almost 3 years now. The people want another term for Farmaajo, and the people will get what they want, after election I promise you people will be rejuvenated and politics will become alive again, alot of things including reshuffle, big policy changes etc are pending just because of election delays.

Farmaajo only has caretaker mandate, people want new ministers new Commanders and new MPs and new faces in general.

Government is fully functioning, Farmaajo named new generals a couple weeks ago, and MPs are being elected, by my count most of them are N&N so far, everything is gucci just slow, and that is because spoilers attempted to halt election, these spoilers have now resorted to starting wars in their state and stealing seats from their own constituencies, as if that will change anything in the outcome of presidential election.
the fact that Farmaajo is limited to two 2 terms is the silver lining for the failed opposition, he has out styled and out classed every Somali politician alive today, he is on his own level.
Somalia currently since August 2012 is in a post-transition slow recovery era. Farmajo is NOT the man to make our country a fully recovered and functioning state under a strong FGS

Secondly, Russia and Iran signed an agreement recently to trade based on their currencies. They basically took the US Dollar out in the middle of their trade. The Americans aren't gonna take that lightly. The whole Ukraine - Russia crisis is a manufactured one. The aim is stopping the other countries who are abandoning the US Dollar as the fiat money of the world.
So the Americans came up with the Qatari card that they want to use against the Russians in case Putin stops using the US Dollar. It is virtually America who wants to bargain with Russia, and the Qatari gas are the means to get there.
As for Somalia, both UAE and Qatar are Western proxy. The West is using both of them to carry out their plans of micro-managing Somali politics.
