The UN envoy to Somalia, James Swan, conceded that the Somali stakeholders need to come to an agreement by themselves about the November elections in his speech at the UN Security Council meeting. He also gave props to Farmajo and leaders of Galmudug, Hirshabelle, and South West for attending the Dhusamareb 3 meeting while being critical of Zulu and Blackie for skipping it. It means Farmaajo is given the green light to steer it his way.
