The Somali embassy didn’t even bother to double check whether he should have access to embassy vehicles or not. Their ignorance was bliss so I’m thinking they don’t know his mental state either.

What does he do for a living? He probably is mentally ill otherwise we would've been seeing him instead of his sister having a big government job thanks to Culusows nepotism. Still does not negate the fact that he should face justice, mental illness is not a excuse to take someones life.
