This Shabaab op was meant to begin late June. So phase 2 could fall behind with ENDF now occupied in Amhara

Even though this question wasn't directed towards me but I will answer.

I think shabaab will definitely flee south. It doesn't make sense for them to defend ceelbuur when their base is on jl.

They will probably also try to cause problems in koonfur galbeed and JL like the recent bombardment of Baidoa so they can divide the FGS troops and weaken them.
