He’s just highlighting that they are carrying their stuff in plastic bags, which is never before seen, they’re getting treated like trash in Somalia. It’s disgusting to see. They have all this money to travel and steal but don’t have money to buy each of these soldiers a 10-15$ hambar.

It might be supplies given to them by the ministry because who carries their personal items in a plastic bag that can't fit everything.
If you look closely they are carrying what appears to be coca cola and milk powder not clothes and I wouldn't be surprised if their bags was put in the baggage compartment ahead of time.
