Supplements are all snake oil. Your body produces all the important chemicals you need to function. Any deficiencies are dure to unfixable poor genetics.

I’d say:

- Vitamin D
- Magnesium
- Zinc
- Omega 3

Any other anyone wants to add?
vitamin D - get some sun, orange jucie, salmon, tuna fish
- magnesium - lower calcium foods, add chia seeds, raise up your vitamin d levels, quite smoking, avoid high zine supplements
- Zinc - oysters, red meat/ poultry, blackberries, sea food in general
- omega 3 - olive oil, nuts/seed, mackerel, spinach, seaweed/algae.

You can solve most of these problem by adding seafood to your diet. I find it funny that you got a lack of zinc and magnesium at the same time :dead1:

Ow wow! The Sun who didn’t even think about that!!!

It’s incredibly hard to find the sun every year when you live in a northern useless country where the sun shines max 4-5 months, hence why a lot of us take vit d.

The greens aren’t fresh here either and fish is incredibly expensive
