Iet me tell u sth in every clan they are three types of froups those who are higly productive and beneficial to their social group indiferent ways monetry wise and also other aspects . Second group are those who are just average not highly productive but these group dont cause damage to their clan in negative ways throughtout their lifespan.
Third group are those who are not productive and not also like the typical average person
These type of people are highly dengerous to society they comit crime like stealing robery rape of woman killing and commiting intentianal muruders.
But as i said this last group are tiny minority in every clan. What differs from clan to clan is their xeer and code of conduct.
If clan rewards their people who are not productive in their social circles who bring them insecurity theft muruder terorism if they reward those people in return majority of people within those clan will suffer.
Also if a clan rewards the most productive people like enginers doctors business people good political leaders. That clan will prosperous well.
If u truly care about the well been of u clan u know what to do its just common sense man.
