Thanks akhi, southern maghrebis seem to have a similar Eurasian/SSA to Horners, they also cluster closer to them compared to northern maghrebis. Most Maghrebis live on the extreme north and are quite distant from their southern counterparts

My wife is half Southern Moroccan, so she has elevated SSA compared to the average Northern Moroccan, while Northern Moroccans are heavily admixed with the Iberian Andalusis so they are more West Eurasian than the Guanche Berber average.

My wife's elevated SSA and Arab ancestry (Natufian) is what is making my son cluster with the Sudanese Arabs & Nubians.

Northern Moroccans vary greatly depending on their ethnicity. Theirs the Moriscos (heavily Iberian), Fassis (heavily Jewish), North Senhaja Berbers significant Iberian admix and same goes for the Riffian Berbers. There are some Arab tribes in the North but they are a small minority.

My son is a quarter Fassi (heavily European Jewish) which is why he even gets 3% Steppe ancestry despite being half Somali and quarter Southern Moroccan.He still has less Steppe than the half Somali-half North Moroccan Berber sims. My son is also more Natufian and more SSA than them.
