@bidenkulaha war umadan tashtay iska daa. Shacabkooda, siyasiintooda, isimadooda, waxgaradooda waa uu midaysan yahay waana uu dhisan yahay. Hal meel bay uu socodan, boqol meel uma kala socodan ma garatay. U HG were the first federalist and told everyone to go back their region in 91. When that happens, why u now changing 'kastumo'? mise dan kale ayaad lee dahay 'to continue instability' so u can enjoy bililiqo. SSDF were centralist.

We Must Abadon Solar Street light, most of them don't work in Big Towns. Their more suited to 'tuulos' only as the people know each other.

Puntitequeen, I got my solar light prediction wrong from years ago, I was a big supporter of it but didn't bank on ppl 'robbing batteries' from it, very 'poor aragti' on my part. They must be cancelled out from our urban plans for Districts A and Street lights connected to the Electrcity Grid is only solution.

I gave hartis my 'dardaran' about the mistakes made by my father's Isaaq ambassador. He lost 1.8 million in value from his 200k, he could've had 2 properties worth 2 million, he only has 200k in accounts, that's 1.8 million loss. 5% inflation each year over 30 years isn't a joke. property is usually the slowest 'growth', business or shares grow faster your money.

Land prices in Bosaaso should rise after the street expansion, port refurbishment, and airport hotel is completed. It would be wise to purchase land there now, I’m considering doing this myself

All my business ideas are linked to the regions. Why would I go to mogadishu, its congested, costs are high, land is inflated due to diaspora not infrastructure so it will suffer 'big shocks' in the future when diaspora stop coming(mellenials), so I don't predict any asset will hold it's value.

Plus any business you do there, there is another 100 doing the same. Where-as regions, you can take the market for yourself, plus purchasing 'power' is stronger as they have livestock not a 'bananas' population.
