Somaliland has them but they never display it, Mogadishu has em as well and Jubaland. The armored vehicles that is.
Somaliland doesn't display them because they don't have them. The SNA are the only ones with armored carriers aside from Puntland.
It is not expensive and yes everyone has them from Djabouti to Jubbaland. The UAE donates their second hand armor vehicles to Somali regional governments. They donated 9 to Jubaland alone. You may google it
Show me the Somaliland trucks. Jubbaland has received them and so has Puntland. It's in the UN monitoring reports but Somaliland has not. UAE abandoned its mission to build a base there.
