All of Somalia is not getting much investment. To build asphalt road that distance probably gonna be couple hundred million. There is no road initiative getting that much funding. Watch 2:40 mark video. Port cost 325 million and they estimate road will be around 200 million. Fgs would take that money in heart beat and take kickbacks anything better than nothing. I just don’t west that interested in Africa right now with inflation and all the wars

The money that was allocated was very low for gravel and feasibility studies. If there was 100s of millions in project funds hoobyo port would have been built long ago. Same with roads and hirshabelle capital Jowhar that has no development

The west is becoming very nationalistic and racist lately I think humanitarian and helping world days being scaled back by guys like Trump who are putting their countries first and saying white people going extinct. Money and being allowed into country very hard. Somalis even resorting to jumping wall in Mexico to get in how hard is to get into amerixa in past we used to be allowed by thousands
