He is wrong he makes so many baseless claims.

I'm gonna take Imam Nawawi's word and the Salaf on this including Imam Shafi'i not a random Tiktoker who has not studied deen.

the thing that you're doing with Imam al-Shafi'i and the salaf is the same as what the guy he is responding to is doing. it's just more examples of the same thing. unfortunately I don't have time to go dig up all the info on all this though.
