It was normal type of interview. The usual 'blame game' and opposition game without actually providing a solution, waa 'mucuradnimo aan sal ku fadhin' hadi aysan sheegi karin wax ka fican ama solution ka duwan wixi ay mucuradayan, waa mucurad 'xil iska radinayo' ama hunguri.
It's absolutely CRITICAL when ur a politician to make it clear what ur philosophy is, ur program, list the problems with the current govt but also list the solutions or else if u remain silent in this critical area of solution, the public will assume the solution could transform into the 'void' like 91 and this by default will give the sitting government all the public support.
As a legitimate opposition you must condemn all acts of violence becuz the public saw nothing beneficial from violent opposition in 91, plus u have no right to violently oppose a sitting govt that was elected by the people.
As a legitimate opposition, respect the govt because it was elected by the people and it has a duration, u have no right as opposition to question or change the legal mandate given by the people.
As a wise opposition, u must becareful with ur words, u don't want to encourage the govt and praise it or else they will be re-elected, but u must ALWAYS promote what good the sitting govt did or else your of out of touch with the public and you have lost their total confidence.
Make sure when u do oppose the govt u then list what solutions u will implement and then show the ppl the govt has done good but u will do even MORE GOOD due to your character, vision, and experience and political program and take PL to greater heights. But to condemn the govt and say they DID NOTHING, is absolutely political suicide if u come against what umaada uu gartan dawlada, adigu as opposition haka horimaan if your WISE.
Plus as opposition u have to remember, Somalis don't have fond memories of opposition and your working with a public that is very CAUTIOUS about mucuradnimo so how u present your opposition will make or break you but u also need to calculate 'mucuradnimo' by default is already seen with 'suspicion' by public so basically your working in an environment that is already against you unless u PROVE OTHER WISE. Lakin blame game, denying sitting govt achievements even when the public endorse it, and then providing no solution on top of ur criticism is a mucuradnimo that will be seen by the public as 'dan kale buu wata' ama 'burbur ayuu noo horseedaya'
