The best workout are the basics dealing with free weights. For instance bench press squats and deadlifts and straight bar curls and military press and power cling. These workout movements are easy to master, but I would suggest to learn them without any weight on the bar just for safety and watch YouTube tutorials. After 3 years of consistent workout 3-4 times a week you could look like your college football player or body builder.
