Somalia Italiana president controls security, he appoints judges, Benaadir governor etc. The PM appoints ministers that have to be approved by the same parliament that chose president

Part of the leaving that low IQ should be appointing a female PM. At least she won’t be seen as the head of state and normalise woman in positions of actual power.

But I am well aware of the low IQness of Somalis. We need more humane version of the Chinese mass education camps in Xinjang
