Puntland/Khatumo/Makhir has all Somaliland weaponry on top of it's own stockpile plus USC stockpile. It's the most armed region in the nation but their MATURE and Adults, they don't use it 4 land grabbing or clan war-fare like would be the case for SL/South if they had PL/Khatumo/Makhir stockpile. We pride ourselves on law n order.
