Upper house speaker was elected today. Last election to go is the presidential election and I'm sure it will happen before this date as Jawaari is the president and the NLF has been nullified.

And in the unlikely event of it happening after this decision, bribes have been paid and too many countries have invested to much money for this to change anything. If a parliamentarian really cared about Somalia his vote wouldn't be for sale in the first place.
