2) HSM is a popular guy. He is always smiling and he's the new father of the Somali nation. He will win any democratic vote by a landslide. Deni and Farmaajo are boring suits.
3) HSM has all the international backers that matter UK, US, UN, Turkey, - he has enough support to weather the storm the opposition are trying to cook up. They support his push towards centralizing the government .
4) Somalia is in preparation for the post-ATMIS phase which will include replacing all current ATMIS troops with SSF. The next phase will be AU troops in FMS capitals and airports and ports, extending the authority of the central government. Probably why the constitution won't be stopped.
5) HSM will have all money in the sea. He is going to use this boost his forces and expand their footprint in the years to come fighting a never ending stalemate with his enemy.
