The representative of these mooryan in world bank is working overtime to halt PL success.
@Abdisamad one of those projects blocked by HSM was the 3G road from garacad to galdogob thru African development bank. A whopping $230 million dollars. Their working hard to stop PL glory while we don't even care or interfere in their shitty lands.
It's exhausting being part of Somalia.
The screenshot said that the projects will be released from the international community directly to Puntland, and bypassing those thugs in Mogadishu.

There was no 230 million approved for that road. There was money approved for feasiblity study and some money for repairs.
When I look at the national stategy 2022-204 documents its also not called out anywhere. The borama road was though for around 48.4 million USD (1 UA= 1.408 USD) and is gonna finish 2027.

The good news is new Country Strategy Paper for 2025-2029 is in progress and 3G road should have economic analysis ready to go from feasibility study and hopefully get funding approved

Where is @mohamedismail the lion of the SW region. We in PL sent our support for RRA when USC did humanitarian isbaaro on baydhabo.
