@En_Sabah Nur imagine an alternative history whereby Asad Diyano was elected PL president in 2019. Would he have faced any problems from any element of the paramilitary forces? Would he have made PL become a gareen state that is controlled by the FGS?

It’s not possible for a PL to be a gareen state because the states foundations are much stronger than the paper states. This is the reason why failmajo is able to control the paper states. They haven’t had the time needed to create strong institutions. Even Assad Diyano as president would be no different.
